Welcome to raaanky. By accessing or using the site you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

1. The service

raaanky is a free, anonymous, login-free platform that lets visitors create ranking topics, add options and cast one vote per topic per identity. Identity is approximated using a combination of browser identifiers, device fingerprint signals and IP address.

2. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Post unlawful, defamatory, hateful, harassing or sexually explicit content.
  • Post slurs, threats, doxxing material or personal data of others.
  • Attempt to bypass vote limits, captcha, rate limits or any abuse protection.
  • Scrape, mirror or republish the site or its content without permission.
  • Use the site to promote products, services or political agendas via spam.
  • Interfere with, overload or attack the site or its infrastructure.

We reserve the right to remove any content and to ban any device, browser identity or IP range that we believe is violating these rules — at our sole discretion and without notice.

3. Content ownership and license

You retain whatever rights you have in the short text fragments you submit. By submitting content you grant raaanky a perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive license to display, store, reproduce and distribute that content on the site and on related social channels for the purpose of operating and promoting the service.

4. Privacy

raaanky does not require accounts. We do log identifiers necessary to enforce one vote per topic per identity (a hashed identity fingerprint, IP address, browser signals) and to detect abuse. This data is used internally only and is not sold.

5. Disclaimers

The service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. raaanky does not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, accurate or secure. See our Disclaimer for more.

6. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, raaanky and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, arising from your use of the service.

7. Changes to the terms

We may update these Terms at any time. The updated version will be posted on this page and is effective immediately. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
